Our Russell Terraces project in Manurewa began with a clear vision: to transform the site into a well-planned residential development that maximizes both space and livability. After conducting a detailed site evaluation, our team developed a comprehensive plan for 18 thoughtfully designed units.

The development will feature a mix of 2, 3, and 4-bedroom homes, with 1.5, 2.5, and 3-bathroom layouts, offering flexible living options for a range of households. Select units will also include study or sleepout spaces, along with dedicated car parks in selected units to enhance everyday convenience.
