Chevis and Mariiott Terraces is one of our ongoing developments, initiated when the client approached us with the goal of creating the best possible site plan while maximizing the number of units on the land. Following a detailed evaluation of the site, our team developed a carefully planned layout that accommodates 14 residential units while maintaining practicality and comfortable living spaces.
